Casa Mundet

Context
A celebration of Mexican cuisine
Sidral Mundet is a beverage of 100% Mexican origin. For more than a hundred years, it has accompanied the greatness of our gastronomy—recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2010—and enhanced its flavors.

The Idea
We decided to pay tribute to Mexican cuisine by focusing on its origin: home cooking. Because it is in our homes that the best seasoning comes through family bonds; those recipes passed down from generation to generation, helping our mother and father choose the ingredients, cooking together, setting the table.
What could be better than building Casa Mundet, a home where we celebrate our gastronomy and invite Mexico’s most renowned chefs to design a special menu with the people who taught them everything and passed on their love for Mexican cooking: their mothers?
And as the host of the house, Sidral Mundet. A beverage that, over the past hundred years, has been present in all those unique moments, memories, and stories around the table, proving to be the best companion to Mexican cuisine.
How did we achieve it?
For one month, Casa Mundet welcomed special guests, media, and diners in a space created to host culinary offerings from some of Mexico’s best chefs: Carlos Gaytán, Fernando Hernández, Josefina López, and Pablo Salas. Each chef designed, together with his or her mother, a menu perfectly paired with the flavor of Sidral Mundet.
In this way, we celebrated those who gave our world-renowned gastronomy its seasoning and, above all, we showed Mexicans that Sidral Mundet has always been with us in the kitchen.
Concept
We created Casa Mundet, the home that brings together the flavors of Mexican gastronomy—those flavors that define us, make us proud, and fill us with memories.
