Context

Mexico perrea

Mexican reggaeton has become a phenomenon in recent years, especially among Generation Z, who seek authentic artists connected to their culture.

Spotify has been a key driver of this growth, launching top collaborations and promoting local artists.

As the grand finale of Spotify’s México Perrea campaign, the ultimate ‘bellaka’ party was organized, and we captured that essence of Mexican reggaeton that we love.

Objective

Our primary objective was to pay tribute to one of the most influential musical genres of the moment: Mexican reggaeton. By connecting with fans, creators, artists, and the media, we sought to generate conversation around this great celebration. The goal was to provide our guests with an unforgettable night of 'perreo' and celebrate their favorite genre.

Challenge

The Idea

We hosted the event celebrating Mexican reggaeton, one of the most-listened-to genres nationwide. We did so alongside the most renowned artists, including Yeri Mua, El Bogueto, El Malilla, Big Metra, Rosa Pistola, Choca, El Jordan 23, Alex Favela, Uzielito Mix, and many others.

This significant moment took place in a mansion in the Juárez neighborhood, where we featured a stage for artist performances and a space to share the experience together, complete with photo opportunities, a great atmosphere, the best music, plenty of celebration, and, above all, ‘perreo’ to the floor.
