Context
The jam session of La Tierra del Corrido
The Land of Corrido is a Spotify campaign that celebrates the rich history of corridos, a genre of Mexican music that has recently gained popularity among a new generation of fans and artists worldwide.
We brought together leading artists from past and present in artworks that captured their vision of music. This event took place at the iconic Tenampa in Mexico City, the epicenter of Mexican music. Alongside the mural art exhibition, we gave attendees posters of the works on display.

The Idea
Mexico is a land of music, of revolution. Of stories that make history. From classics to tumbados, the legends and heroes of corridos come together to celebrate it. At the showcase, today’s artists in this genre will share a night of celebration and take advantage of Independence Month to show guests what corrido means in Mexico.
We produced a detailed report to measure the carbon footprint of all the elements involved in producing and implementing this event. In line with our commitment to the environment, the goals of the 2030 Agenda, and the United Nations Global Compact, we offset this footprint 100% through reforestation certificates in the ejido of Hueyapan, Tulancingo, Hidalgo.
